Hereford 4x4 Ltd are committed to ensuring our staff and customers are as safe as possible. We have procedures in place to minimise the risk of contracting/spreading the COVID-19 virus. These are the precautions that are in place to keep you and we safe. We will review this statement regularly

The Covid-19 restrictions and advice has changed. Face coverings must be worn* by law

Customer visits to our premises

 ** If you have Coronavirus symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been tested positive, please do not visit. A phone call or email is welcomed to discuss what we can do to help **

Face coverings must be worn whilst in contact with our team. Our team will continue to wear a mask whilst dealing with customers.

Respect other peoples space. When necessary, please wait at a comfortable distance until the previous customer has left.

Our waiting area is now open, we ask that you keep your distance from us and other waiting customers

Cleaning is still a priority for us and we will continue to disinfect contact areas regularly.

A NHS test and trace app QR code is fixed to our front door for customers to check in.

Courtesy car and customer car precautions

Customer cars will be treated with extra care. Our technicians wear PPE and will clean heavy contact zones if required (steering wheel, gear stick etc…)

When taking a courtesy car, we will minimise the risk to you by cleaning the contact areas after each use

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
